I can't believe how beautiful you are.
Every time I think about your eyes, I feel so distant from the world I'm eternity stuck in.
Every time I feel your touch against my hollow soul, a part of me dies, falling to the wind.
Stuck in a tunnel of pain. Every time you talk,
I simply slip away, lost in your words and meaning.
This never ending feeling, falling at your feet.
Every time I see your face, your legs,
wrists, arms or hair, my life seems to change forever again.
I wash away the tears and your voice comes creeping in, smashing my face against the truth,
I wish I didn't know the truth,

this man had a game, people wished he didn't,
This man never met his girl. he just played his game.
sitting asleep all night all day long, alone,
playing his game, his very sad game,
people wished he didn't, he simply wished for his game.
Pushing buttons and reacting to lights,
thrills and spills from depths to heights,
why would no one listen to his plight,
just up all night,
not one word to fight,
like a candle he did not light,
he simply saw in his sight,
His only thing, his only now.
His only time, was in that game. His game.
People called him a fool.

A man falls, a bullet to the shoulder, but nobody cares.
What if it was you, Red, White and Blue?
Crashing down, loosing hope, nobody cares.
What are we to do, Red, White and Blue!
A bomber killing innocents, laughing at the news,
Added to the planes, I'm thinking we're gunna loose,
The buildings fall, and so does this empire,
The war starts, the death count just gets higher.
I'll be over by Christmas, we've heard that before,
Red, White and Blue... No one needs this war.

to be so joyful for.
my general glee, I can't explain,
when I'm around her smile,
I'm sitting here, alone all day,
with her so far away,
if only things, would try to change,
life would be better then,
but until that day, things will but stay,
never as happy as before.
